Cancellations
Please call a minimum of 24hrs before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice, or no-shows, will be billed the full cost of the cancelled session.
Illness
Receiving massage while you are ill can make things worse. If you are not feeling well, please let Julie know and we will reschedule your appointment.
Privacy
Julie takes great strides to keep your personal contact information and personal health information strictly confidential. In addition to NEVER sharing your contact information with anyone, Julie is also fully compliant with Federal HIPAA policies, the National Standards to Protect the Privacy of Personal Health Information.
Payments
Julie is happy to offer a number of easy options for customer payments, including cash, check, debit/credit cards via PayPal secure processing, and gift certificates!
Gift Certificates
- Expiration: Gift Certificates are vaild for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
- Cancellations: All appointments with Julie are subject to the Appointment Cancellation Policy above.
- Transfers: Yes; Gift Certificates will be honored by whomever presents it (so don't lose it!).
- Refunds: Sorry, Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, but they are transferrable.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If the practitioner's safety feels compromised, the session is ended immediately.
